The Site is generally accessible 24/7, without any guarantee of being free from errors or interruptions (maintenance, force majeure, authority decisions). We may modify, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the Services without notice or compensation. You are responsible for your digital environment (connection, equipment, antivirus).
4. Target audience and capacity
The Site is intended for adults with legal capacity. Our Services are not directed at minors (see Privacy Policy). The driver and owner of the vehicle remain solely responsible for the legal compliance of its usage.

The content (texts, visuals, prices, compatibilities, performance) is provided for information purposes only and may be updated without notice. It does not constitute a public offer or technical/legal advice. Any sale, if it occurs, is governed exclusively by the Terms of Sale and subject to selection by application.
6. Rules of use and user obligations

The products and features offered by tbgauto.com are expressly and exclusively reserved for private use off public roads or within the framework of automotive competition. They are not approved by car manufacturers or insurers.
Modifications or uses resulting from these products may lead, without guarantee of completeness, to the total or partial loss of the manufacturer's warranty, as well as refusal of coverage by certain insurers, unless explicitly agreed upon in advance between the customer and their insurer.
These products are neither designed nor approved for use on public roads. Their activation or use in a vehicle circulating on public roads, including by a passenger, is not recommended and is the sole responsibility of the user.
The purchaser expressly acknowledges being aware of the specific characteristics of the products as well as the risks associated with their use, and assumes full responsibility for any use outside the defined framework.
tbgauto.com cannot be held liable in cases of:

use not in compliance with applicable regulations;

challenge to or loss of the manufacturer's warranty;

refusal or lack of coverage by the insurer;

fines, administrative sanctions, or penalty points on the driving licence;

accidents or material, bodily, or intangible damages resulting from non-compliant use.
7. Compatibility, updates, and third parties
Certain features depend on third-party ecosystems (notably Tesla software updates). Their availability may vary depending on firmware, model, and configuration. OTA fixes may be provided without any guarantee of timing. We do not guarantee the continued availability of features dependent on third parties.
8. Accounts, forms, and applications
If you create an account or submit an application, you guarantee the accuracy of the information provided and its updates.
We may, at our discretion, accept, refuse, or terminate an application or access in cases of non-compliance, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms of Use, provided that no such decision is based on nationality, gender, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable anti-discrimination law.

13. Force majeure
No party shall be held liable for a failure resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (disaster, conflict, widespread network outage, administrative order, etc.).
