Responsible Use

T-BRIDGE enhances your Tesla experience. To ensure this enhancement remains safe and lawful, this page outlines the rules of use and allocation of responsibilities.

 

By using T-BRIDGE, you accept our Terms of Use (ToU), Terms of Sale (GTS), and Privacy Policy.

1) Core principles

  • Traffic laws: must always be observed.

  • Track/Drift: strictly limited to closed tracks or private controlled areas.

  • Video in motion: reserved for passengers; the driver must never be distracted.

  • Installation: non-destructive and reversible if instructions are followed; otherwise, entrust installation to a partner.

  • Compatibility & updates: some functions may become temporarily unavailable after Tesla updates; OTA fixes are provided without guaranteed timing.

2) Driving on public roads

The use of T-BRIDGE must remain compliant with local law. Any feature altering grip, assistance, or driver attention (e.g., traction modes, disabling aids) must not be used on public roads. You remain solely responsible for your driving, fines, immobilizations, and insurance consequences.

3) Track / Drift

“Track,” “Drift,” and equivalent functions are reserved for racetracks and controlled private environments, in compliance with site rules (equipment, insurance, guidelines). Ensure your insurance covers such use. TBG Auto accepts no liability for inappropriate or unauthorized use.

4) Video in motion

Video playback in motion is strictly for passengers where permitted by local law. The driver must never take their eyes off the road. You are responsible for checking the applicable regulations in your country/region.

5) Power, response, and traction

Performance gains are indicative (depending on model, SoC, temperature, tires, firmware). Performance/Plaid versions are not compatible with power increase. Adapt your driving and check tire and brake condition before any dynamic use.

6) Battery, charging, and temperature

Manual battery preheating can reduce charging time on non-Tesla fast chargers; use it reasonably. Monitor environmental conditions and respect thresholds recommended by the manufacturer.

7) Telemetry and diagnostics

Data and charts provided are informational only and do not replace professional diagnostics. In case of alerts, symptoms, or doubts, have your vehicle checked by a qualified specialist.

8) Installation & electrical safety

Follow the installation guide carefully. Use only the included harnesses/adapters; do not alter the original wiring. If uncertain, choose installation by an authorized partner. Any assembly error, material damage, or impact on manufacturer warranty is your sole responsibility.

9) Tesla updates & compatibility

Tesla may release software updates that temporarily affect certain functions. T-BRIDGE OTA updates are provided to restore compatibility but without guaranteed timing. Function availability may vary depending on firmware, model (M3/Highland, MY/Juniper, S/X MCU2/AMD), and vehicle configuration.

10) Liability & limitation

Within the limits of the law:

  • TBG Auto is not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, data loss, lost opportunities, or consequences of non-compliant use (public road, driver distraction, breaches of traffic law).

  • TBG Auto’s total liability, on any grounds, is limited to the price paid by the customer for the relevant product.

  • You acknowledge that using T-BRIDGE may impact manufacturer warranty or insurance coverage depending on third-party policies; you accept full responsibility for these potential consequences.

11) Compliance and applicable law

You are responsible for verifying and complying with the regulations applicable in your jurisdiction (equipment, lighting, video, driver assistance, noise emissions, etc.). Use of unauthorized features on public roads may be prohibited. Governing law and jurisdiction are specified in the GTS / ToU.

Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. T-BRIDGE and TBG Auto are neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Tesla, Inc. The use of model names or visuals is solely for identification purposes.
