This policy explains how TBG Auto (“we”) processes your personal data when you visit our site, apply for access to the T-BRIDGE module, interact with us, or become a customer.

2. What data do we collect?

Data you provide

  • Application form: name, email, Tesla model, transmission (if applicable), city/country, motivation (short text), installation preference (self/partner), any remarks you provide.

  • Support: email exchanges, attachments (if any).

  • Newsletter: email address (only if you consent).

 

Technical data and cookies

  • Technical identifiers (IP address, user-agent, server logs).

  • Essential cookies (site functionality) and, with your consent, analytics and/or marketing cookies via our CMP (cookie banner).

 

We do not collect “sensitive” categories (health, opinions, etc.) unless you voluntarily provide them in a message (we advise you not to).

3. For what purposes and on what legal bases?

We process your data only for specific, legitimate purposes:

  • Application evaluation and response: analyzing your info to assess access to the module, contact you, and, if applicable, prepare a payment link.

    Legal basis: legitimate interest (managing pipeline, qualifying requests) and pre-contractual measures at your request.

  • Order processing, invoicing, delivery: if your application is accepted and you order, we use your data to complete the sale, issue invoices, and ship the product.

    Legal basis: contract execution and legal obligations (accounting, tax).

  • Customer support, security, fraud prevention: technical logs, history of exchanges used to resolve incidents, improve reliability, and protect services.

    Legal basis: legitimate interest.

  • Marketing communications (e.g. newsletter): sent only with your consent; you may withdraw it anytime.

    Legal basis: consent.

  • Audience measurement, site improvement: non-essential cookies (stats/marketing) only with your consent; modifiable anytime via the banner.

  • Legal compliance and rights management: responding to competent authorities and handling your GDPR rights.

No automated decision-making producing legal effects is carried out; applications are reviewed manually.

4. Recipients and processors

We only share what is necessary with GDPR-compliant providers:

  • Hosting / CMS (e.g., Wix / Wix Studio)

  • Email / SMTP services

  • Payment providers (if you order)

  • Logistics / shipping

  • Analytics tools (only with cookie consent)

5. Transfers outside EU / EEA

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g., Israel, USA, UK). In such cases, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and/or recognized mechanisms. Copies/info available on reasonable request.

6. Retention periods

  • Applications: 12 months after last interaction (or deletion on request)

  • Prospects (newsletter): until consent withdrawal or 3 years of inactivity

  • Clients & invoicing: for applicable legal periods (up to 10 years for certain accounting documents)

  • Technical logs: 6–12 months (security, diagnostics)

  • Cookies: per their nature (see CMP / cookie table)

You may exercise, free of charge, the following rights:

  • Rectification

  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”), where applicable

  • Restriction and objection (especially to marketing)
