Where we ship

We ship T-Bridge modules worldwide. Delivery times and conditions vary
by destination. Import duties and taxes for orders outside the EU are
the buyer's responsibility.

Delivery times and shipping costs

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe secure payment.

Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

All transactions are processed in EUR. Your card details are never stored
by TBGAuto — all payments are handled securely by Stripe, Inc.

Returns

Your 30-day return guarantee

TBGAuto offers a 30-day commercial return guarantee from the date you receive your T-Bridge module. You may return your module within 30 days of receipt in its original, undamaged condition for a full refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@tbgauto.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.

Right of Withdrawal — EU Statutory Notice

This section sets out your statutory rights under EU Consumer Rights
Directive 2011/83/EU and applies to all consumers resident in the European Union.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) acquires physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Note: notice of withdrawal must be sent on a durable medium — email or postal letter only. Telegram and chat channels are not valid for formal withdrawal notice.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
