The module is fully reversible: it can be removed in seconds, after which the Tesla returns to its original configuration. Built-in compatibility patches ensure proper operation after every Tesla OTA update.

• Delivery time: depends on the destination country.
• Method: courier delivery with tracking number.
• Shipping confirmation: the tracking number is sent to your email immediately after dispatch.
• Package contents: T-Bridge module and connection cable. A link to the installation video guide is sent by email.
• If the package is damaged: please take photos of the packaging upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours — we will resolve it promptly.

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of delivery (right of withdrawal under EU distance selling regulations).

The procedure is the same for both returns and exchanges.

• Conditions: the product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of installation.
• How to return or exchange: contact us — we will provide the return address and arrange the return shipment.
• Refunds: processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
• Manufacturer’s warranty: applies separately from the right of return and covers all our modules.
