What is the price?
TBG-Chip is €999 during the current promotion (regular price € 1099).
Which vehicles are compatible?
Compatibility depends on the approved Tesla model, hardware and software configuration. Check compatibility on the site or contact contact@tbgauto.com before ordering.
Is Boost a Tesla subscription?
No. Boost is a TBG-Chip feature and is separate from any Tesla subscription.
What is Kickdown?
Kickdown is a TBG-Chip Add feature: press past your chosen pedal threshold to call up a sportier mode without digging in a menu. Tesla never sold this pedal trigger.
Can passengers use Theatre?
Theatre Mode lets passengers watch Tesla video sources while the car is moving. For passengers only — never for the driver.
How does FSD work?
TBG-Chip activates FSD where Tesla has not launched it officially yet (for example France, Germany, Spain and other European countries). Available on some configurations across the lineup — check compatibility on the site or with support.
Does Enhanced Autopilot need Tesla’s €99/month subscription?
No. Enhanced Autopilot works on every car in the lineup without the €99/month subscription and activates in TBG-Chip with one tap.
Where is TBG-Chip installed?
TBG-Chip installs beside the MCU behind the glovebox (remove the glovebox assembly). Plug-and-play with the supplied guide — not a gadget sitting in the cubby.
Warranty
TBG Auto provides a 1-year commercial warranty; statutory consumer rights remain protected.
